Meetings Management

Meetings Management

MSP’s philosophy is to create memorable experiences for each of our events. We don’t believe in cookie cutter meetings or trade shows. Our Meetings Team creates events that meet the organization’s needs and the needs of its attendees—ensuring that they have just the right mix of educational sessions, leading experts, and networking opportunities.

We understand how important non-dues income is to an association, and we help make our clients’ meetings more profitable by working to reduce expenses while developing initiatives designed to increase revenue.

As an AMC that is responsible for many association meetings each year, we represent a larger composite piece of business to vendors. Our clients benefit from MSP’s relationships with vendors, as we are able to negotiate more favorable pricing and services, thus reducing costs. At the same time, our skilled exhibits and sponsorships managers and our Communications Team have proven track records for developing campaigns that help to increase attendance and exhibitor and sponsor participation.
